Digital Product License & Usage Agreement
This policy applies to all digital STL files purchased from MAKEROAD.
By purchasing and downloading any STL file from MAKEROAD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Personal Use License
All STL files purchased from MAKEROAD are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may:
- Download and use the STL files for your own 3D printing projects.
- Print physical copies for personal use, collection, display, or gifting to friends and family.
2. Copyright & Ownership
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of MAKEROAD digital models remain the exclusive property of MAKEROAD.
Purchasing an STL file grants you a limited license to use the digital file. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or commercial rights.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or transfer the STL files to any third party.
- Modify, reproduce, or sell the STL files or any derivative digital files.
- Use the STL files for commercial production, mass manufacturing, or selling printed physical products without prior written permission from MAKEROAD.
- Upload the STL files to any public platform, marketplace, cloud storage, or file-sharing website.
4. Commercial License
If you would like to use MAKEROAD STL files for commercial purposes, including selling printed physical products, please contact MAKEROAD for a separate commercial license.
